Clear expectations, calm appointments
These policies help us protect your time, your stylist's schedule, and the quality of every service.
- Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit of $25 is applied to your service total and secures your appointment time.
- Cancellations
- Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Changes made within 24 hours forfeit the deposit.
- Late Arrivals
- We hold your appointment for 15 minutes. After that, the service may be shortened or rescheduled.
- No-Shows
- Missed appointments are charged 50% of the service price and require prepayment for future bookings.
- Before Your Visit
- Arrive with hair free of heavy product or tight braiding. Let us know about recent color or chemical services.
- Adjustments & Refunds
- Services are non-refundable, though we gladly adjust your style within 5 days of your appointment at no charge.
